Case study
SHINING 3D: a modular stand that fits different events
About the project
One system, many events
stand photo

- Problem
- SHINING 3D took part in many fairs that called for stands between 25 and 160 m². Designing a new build every time would drive up costs and create a lot of waste. The client needed a flexible solution that keeps the brand consistent whatever the size of the event.
- Solution
- AMAKO EXPO designed a dedicated modular system based on repeatable structural, lighting, and graphic parts. The same components work in different configurations, making both small stands and larger displays. Interchangeable graphics and modular panels let us adjust the layout quickly for demo areas, meetings, and device presentations.
- Result
- Reusing the same parts cut the cost of later builds by as much as 30 to 50% and clearly reduced material use and waste. SHINING 3D got a flexible stand system that fits different floor spaces while keeping the brand consistent and recognizable.
Why we work this way at Amako
- One system, 25 to 160 m²The same components make both small stands and large displays.
- Costs down by 30 to 50%Reusing parts cuts the cost of every later build.
- Less wasteClearly lower material use across the whole fair calendar.
